• Company Overview: The development of Ezdan Holding group since 1960 is a reflection of the image of Qatar in its development where it shifted from an individual company to a public joint stock company. And the roots of Ezdan Holding Group go back to 1960 when it was founded as an individual in the name of its founder, Sheikh Thani bin Abdullah Al Thani, where it was known as the Thani Bin Abdullah Housing group.

1) Sheikh Thani bin Abdullah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company in October 2012 was awarded «life achievement Prize «provided by Ernst & Young.

2) For the second year in a row Ezdan Real Estate Company›s, the leading real estate developers in the State of Qatar and the region, was awarded “Real Estate Company of the Year Award” in the State of Qatar, in the Arabian Business Awards ceremony for 2012.

3) Ezdan Real Estate Company in 2011 numerous awards and high ranking both globally and regionally that could be described great achievements, as a result of its outstanding performance, the company got certified «ISO 2008-9001», in late September 2011, where Company got «Real Estate Company of the Year» in the Arabian Business ceremony in 2011, and Ezdan came as one of the three largest national companies, in the classification of «Financial Times”, which included only seven companies from the Middle East and North Africa.
