Aytaç Çep 1997 senesinde basketbol ile spor kariyerine başlamıştır.Beden eğitimi spor yöneticiliği mezunudur.2005 senesinde Essporto Healt Fitness&spa’da müdür yardımcılığı görevinde yaklaşık 3 sene görev aldıktan sonra 2008 yılında Levent Loft Rezidans’ta Ceppilates’i kurmuştur.Hafta sonu cumartesi günleri bebek parkında saat 09:00'da yaklaşık 6 aydır ücretsiz mat pilates etkinlikleri yapılmaktadır.
