Syrian Economic Forum - SEF

General information

The Forum works to strengthen and enforce the Syrian economy to support democratic life and sustainable development. The Forum is fully aware of the current problems and historical responsibilities of the country, thus providing reliable information and economic analysis, as well as proposing solutions through the general economic policy papers issued periodically to serve the Syrian economy and the future reconstruction phase. The Forum aims at building a free economic model in which non-bureaucratic decision-makers cooperate with national entrepreneurs and youth. In this context, the Forum works to strengthen and support the Syrian private sector in Syria and abroad. in order to ensure sustainability to future Syrian generations, SEF has developed training curriculum that aim to develop the entrepreneurship spirit in the future youth of Syria, especially that it is the official representative of Syria in the GEW since 2015, and in accordance with the digital economy SEF is developing and building electronic platforms available to all Syrians to enable them to understand the administrative and economic terminology and build a Syrian business environment.
