花之林人文茶馆于1997年7月1日成立，创始人钟晨亮（台湾）先生。原名玫瑰园(今上海花之林仙霞店)，经过十多年艰苦创业，至今加盟体系遍及中国各省市，除上海、江苏、浙江、湖南、湖北、江西、河南、河北等地外，还远至甘肃、宁夏、青海、山西、重庆、新疆、内蒙古等共有200多家门店。如今的花之林人文茶馆已经成为人们出行休闲消费的首选场所。公司有数名来自台湾的优秀研发人才，突破了传统茶行之经营模式，摆脱区域观念，不拘于泡热茶是唯一的饮茶方式，有各类美味套餐、茶点等，季季推出新品，深深地吸引着各地新老顾客。
