General information
,香港舞蹈總會(下稱：“舞總”)。成立於1978年10月，並於2000年改為有限公司，是本港第一個非牟利多元舞蹈社團，由香港舞蹈界舉足輕重的人士創建。建會以來，一直以發揚舞蹈藝術、推動香港舞蹈發展為己任，積極保育、拓展本地的多元舞蹈文化。並聯絡本港及世界各地舞蹈團體，以促進舞蹈文化交流為宗旨。
“舞總”以會方由董事局及理事會負責製訂及執行政策；設有團體會員及個人會員，現有團體會員223個(活躍會員150個)，個人會員及會友800餘人。
現時“舞總”主要工作為教育培訓及考試、演出製作、外展、出版，
