The Hong Kong Youth Aviation Academy (HKYAA) is a charitable organization which aims at providing a balanced and structured programme focused on assisting potential Hong Kong youths in their pursuit of a professional career within the aviation industry.
The objectives of HKYAA are:
1.To inspire young people by exploring different areas of aviation.
2.To promote aviation interests and the pursuit of aviation knowledge.
3. To promote professions within the aviation industry.
4.To institute, establish and promote seminars, scholarships, grants, awards.
5.To provide a bridging programme between tertiary education and beginning a career in the aviation industry.
