珍珍薯片製作過程
用心栽種
珍珍薯片主要採用大西洋品種的薯仔；薯仔由種植至收成大概需要120天。農夫會根據薯仔的每個生長期為薯仔補充足夠的水份和氧份。經過農夫每日用心栽種，以及在日間吸收陽光，薯仔便能茁壯成長。
滋味製作
製作珍珍薯片前薯仔會先被洗淨，去皮再切片。薯仔會切成厚度均一，以確保食用時能提供最佳的口感。被切片之後會再洗淨並炸至金黃色，調味後再進行包裝。新鮮製造的珍珍薯片，每天將運送到各大超市及便利店。
品質控制
由薯仔收割，洗淨，去皮，切片到油炸，均有專人監督，不合格的薯仔/薯片會被篩選出來，以確保每片薯片的大小及外觀都附合標準。
