中華基督教會公理高中書院於2003年9月創校，前身為中華基督教會公理書院，是港島區首間推行嶄新「多元雙軌升學階梯」的直資高中書院，學生的升學就業率達98%。三三四學制下，除了以「雙軌學制」，提供具彈性、多元化、多出路、學業與職業訓練雙軌並重的香港中學文憑考試 (HKDSE) 的主流學制課程 (高中一至高中三) 外，亦是本港首間開辦政府資歷架構 (評審認可) 的證書、文憑優質課程的中學，為本港高中學生提供「旅遊與款待」、「商業」、「藝術與設計」及「資訊科技」四個專科範疇修讀，以提供多元化的升學及就業出路。本校的「雙軌課程」內容以實用為原則，全面推行「實境學習」，配備實習廚房、實習餐廳、酒店模擬客房等實境教學設施，同時輔以工商實習，發展學生的職業技能及學術能力。
