東華三院自1990年開始，在大角咀頌賢花地下商場成立田家炳青少年中心，為油尖旺區提供青少年服務達三十年之久。在2002年9月開始，本單位因應服務需要，結合外展及駐校的工作手法，為社會人仕提供多元化的綜合服務。隨著綜合服務的整合，本中心打破年齡界限，於2003年4月，正式為區內長者提供長幼共融的服務，成為一間為青少年、家長及長者服務的綜合服務中心。
