General information
Haywire are a four part harmony pop band based in Dorset, comprising Dudley on Lead Guitar, Malcolm on Bass, Alan on Rhythm and Kevin on Drums. We play music from the sixties through to the naughties.
An ideal band for birthday parties, weddings and any special occasion.
In 1968 the band were talent spotted by a recording company in London and as a result relocated to Kingston-upon-Thames, from where we recorded many great original tracks.
We regularly toured the South of England working for the famous Bob Potter agency out of Camberley. We had the privilege of playing with Billy Fury, Millie, Mungo Jerry and many others. We have played now for 5 decades and still get the same buzz as we did in the heady days of the 60s.
The band has released several covers albums and our club performances are always very well supported by our followers.
