Established within St Nicholas Market in 2004 under the previous name of The Bristol Sausage Company, the Sausage Station source top quality sausages from Jesse James & W J Castle in the Costwolds. and an array of delicious condiments from Tracklements in Wiltshire.
Here at the Sausage Station, we aim to celebrate one of the greats of English cooking and in doing so, help to preserve one of our best and most famous dishes.
