Southend Parkour is an award winning organisation providing Parkour coaching for children and adults across Essex.
We believe in the founding principle of Parkour and use it to guide our own practice, learning and coaching; "Être fort, pour etre utile"- "Be strong, to be useful".
Parkour is a physical discipline to help you overcome obstacles with movement, develop running, jumping, climbing, vaulting and other adaptive movement for fun, fitness and function.
