S.Clift Building Contractors has built a strong reputation for reliability, quality and great customer
service since it was established over 20 years ago. Offering a broad range of building services from

We deal extensively with commercial organisations including rapid response day to day maintenance,
refurbishment works, building extensions, and construction of new premises.

Also, as a principal contractor to district councils we have a great deal of experience working on
properties such as schools, care homes, libraries and other public buildings.

Additionally operating in the domestic market we offer a range of maintenance services, property
extensions and bespoke new builds from plan.

Working alongside our Electrical Division, Summit Electrical we are based in Head Quarters in Walsall
in the heart of the West Midlands. With excellent transport links we are able to readily respond quickly
to clients requirements.
