Meeting House Boarding Kennels and Cattery

General information

Meeting House Boarding Kennels and Cattery is situated in the grounds of a 17th century thatched cottage with over 2 acres of green paddocks overlooking open countryside. It is located 8 miles south of Royston in Hertfordshire, just outside the village of Cottered, and can be easily accessed from both the M11 and A1. Cambridge and Stansted are both only half an hour's drive away.

Meeting House is open for boarding dogs and cats all year round and has a policy of employing permanent staff who are familiar with our regular customers and their pets. A veterinary surgeon is on call 24 hours a day.

We insist that all dogs and cats have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and will ask for this to be produced when you bring in your pet. All dogs must be vaccinated against kennel cough, and the vaccine must bene administered at least 10 days prior to your pet coming into the kennels.

In order to facilitate the smooth running of the kennels and cattery we now require all pets to be collected prior to 1pm on the day of departure. Where they are collected later than that an additional day's boarding fees will be applied, see the website for more information.
