General information

The villa is spacious, fully furnished, tastefully decorated over two floors and is ideal to accommodate up to six people. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and an open plan living and dining room with 40” satellite TV. There is one bedroom on this floor with a king size bed and office desk . The ground floor toilet and shower room also has a washing machine. Upstairs has two bedrooms. The first has a 32” TV, king size bed and a large balcony providing panoramic views of the olive groves and the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds, is simply decorated and has a small balcony with a view of the olive grove. The upstairs family size bathroom has a full size bath tub. The villa is decorated in a modern style and has all the necessary furnishings to make guests feel comfortable. The large external grounds provide a BBQ, wood oven and many spacious areas to relax and dine any time of the day or night. The villa is located between the two large villages of Afandou and Kolympia. Both have a wide selection of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cafes and bars. The 5km long Afandou beach is very close with crystal clear water and a wide variety of water sports. Just outside Afandou village there is also a golf course. Kolympia is ideal for families and couples of all ages with a large variety of bars and tavernas serving delicious drinks and cuisine including fresh fish. Kolympia also has several beaches and a spectacular road lined with eucalyptus trees.
